At service points you can use various services offered by municipal and state authorities.

The Service Point in Kristinestad is open at Sjögatan (Merikatu) 47 on weekdays from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 1 PM to 3 PM (09:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00).

At the service advisor desk, you can get information about the services offered at the Service Point and take care of simpler matters. For example, you can submit or collect forms, book appointments, get help handling matters electronically on the Service Point’s customer computer, and more.

Suupohja Employment Area
The Suupohja Employment Area serves you without an appointment on Wednesdays from 9:00–12:00 and 13:00–15:00; at other times, service is by appointment.
Kela
The Kela appointment-based customer service in Kristiinankaupunki will end at the turn of 2025–2026. After that, Kela matters can be handled via remote service through a video connection with a Kela expert. For remote service, you will need a ID-card and the necessary documents required to handle your matter.
